The College Baseball Coaches
Camp delivered on its promise. We were told there would be
no downtime, there would be constant drills and games, and significant
opportunity to interact with coaches from solid programs. That's exactly
what the players received. Add in an eager staff from Sacred Heart
and a tremendous facility that lent itself to non-stop baseball, and
what you get is what every baseball showcase event should be."

"I think you provided a great baseball camp experience.Everything
was run efficiently, organized and timely, all quite a feat in itself.
We will definitely recommend your camp to John's
friends and other ball players in Scotch Plains-Fanwood, younger too.
John got a lot out of the camp, your talks and interacting with your
current team players. John has worked for his High School Varsity
Baseball Coach at his camp the past few years, so he knows this is
a great way to gain inside information from the player level. So,
as you can see all in all it was a great experience for John."

"Coach Wayne,
The camp was a whole lot better organized than I expected and I was
generally happy for the experience for my son and myself. He was truly
worn out after the 2nd day. His initial reaction was very favorable
and basically left me the feeling that it was GREAT! If he has other
thoughts to add, I will be sure to share them with you. Thank you
for preparing this event and for the very successful execution. You
and your team have done a great job in keeping the boys entertained,
informed, active, and educated. Overall score... Excellent+
We look forward to the next couple of years as we help John prepare
and refine his skills for his college years. Book us now for 2010!

"Dear Coach Mazzoni,
My son, Dustin, and I have attended showcases from three different
organizations. Some better than others, but not by much. One of the
organizations left us feeling very much like outsiders. It was filled
with coaches and their teams that were sponsored by this organization.
My son barely saw time at his primary spot, as that spot was taken
throughout most of the showcase by those on the inside. We also encountered
more wasted time for no reason outside of the fact that there was
a lot of chitter chatter going on amongst those running the schedules.
It always felt like a "who knows who situation" at the other
camps/showcases. The College Baseball Coaches Camp sponsored by Sacred
Heart was absolutely refreshing. Thank you for putting on
the real deal. What better opportunity for a young man than
to spend two days, side by side, in the dugouts, and on the field
with current college coaches. The event moved right along and no player
got cut short. Each section was carried out until all players had
their fair shake. We left the camp knowing that he had been
seen and not just by one college coach but by several. And that's
what it's all about. At the other showcases you have no idea
whose actually taking a look at you. You have pinpointed and carried
out the actual reason for a young man to attend a showcase or camp.
What better evaluation can you ask for than one being done by active
college coaches. Class act camp. No need to attend any others.
This is an all encompassing opportunity for any ball player. The only
one worth the money spent."

"Dear Wayne, Just wanted to let you know how much my son, Spencer,
got out of the Coaches Camp this week at Baseball Heaven. The program
was terrific, and he especially enjoyed hearing you talk about pitching.
I was very impressed with the camp as well--everything was
first class all the way. "

"Dear Coach Mazzoni, First we want to compliment you on your
College Baseball Coaches Camp as the best organized and well
run camp that we've seen. Between the skills sessions and
the actual games, the boys were always active and also learned new
things to improve their skills."

"Wayne, Congratulations on a fine camp. My son Daniel told
me it was the best showcase he has attended, in
large part because there was so little "standing
around". The four-diamond facility is well-suited to
accommodate such a large number of players, and the coaches kept
everything moving."

"As far as I know, this is the only
camp of its kind run by college coaches and it shows. Every
detail of camp is planned out and you have what most other
camps don't - lots of player/coach interaction and instruction,
almost no down time, and three games per player, which
is so rare. The way in which you set up the evaluation piece is
also unique and what all camps should do."

"As a 23 year high school teacher I certainly appreciated
the organization and professionalism that went into your clinic
the past two days. My son and I have been to a number of showcases
and without a doubt, yours was most certainly worth the
drive and expense. Every coach I saw and spoke
to was helpful, organized and enthusiastic regardless of
the question, drill or the ability of the player involved. Having
the opportunity to play in front of many college coaches under controlled
live situations was a wonderful method to further evaluate a player's
abilities. The written feedback was also a very positive approach.
Thanks again for a great experience."

"Camp was excellent! As a practical matter,
the showcase was without question the most well-run of any of the
several showcases and college tryouts my son attended. Absolutely
no wasted time or effort."

" I enjoyed the showcase camp very much. I thought it
was a great experience for me as an incoming Freshman player
playing with the older more experienced guys and getting a feel of
what it is like. As you said, "This was the best thing for me".
I couldn't agree more. I thank you very much for the invite to your
private camp at Sacred Heart and I am interested but would like to
know more about what it will be like. Thank you again for this opportunity."
